The School of Leadership Formation is an intensive, 18-month graduate level leadership development program designed to empower men and women who are sensing God’s call to expanded involvement in leadership in the church, the community, the marketplace, or through international ministry initiatives.
Our mission is to equip leaders to influence lives and impact culture. In the process, our goal is to provide participants with a foundational, biblical framework for ministry, with the skills, relationships, and coaching necessary for them to lead effectively.
