“Take the Challenge” – Married Couples Only!
Are you satisfied with your marriage? Is it time to learn some life changing principles to have a marriage that is based on what God has to say about marriage? Why not attend a “Love & Respect” class—an 8 week DVD teaching based on God’s design for marriage hosted by a couple still on their honeymoon after 30 years of marriage. Take this opportunity to establish long term changes in your relationship.
Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions?
• How do I let my husband know that I respect Him? Is it important?
• How do I show my wife that I really love her? What does she need?
• What is God’s plan for marriage?
Class will begin February 17, 2010 till April 7, 2010 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm, room # 200. These sessions teach counter culture, biblical truths designed for married couples only. Pre-Marriage Information
We would love to assist you as you plan for your marriage. By filling out the Pre-marital Questionnaire we can help you begin the process toward meeting with a mentor couple and/or planning your wedding. You may return the completed questionnaire to the church office Attn: Sue Ransome.
If you have other questions regarding a wedding at Christ Community that are not covered in the Wedding Handbook, you may contact our Wedding Coordinator Chrissy at 353-1159.
Marriage Retreats
What would you invest to make your marriage all that God intends it to be? Often our marriage is the last thing we put time, energy and resources toward.
Join us for a marriage retreat designed to connect you with the Lord and each other in new and soul nourishing ways. You will have the opportunity to experience real rest as well as take part in meaningful discussions with other couples. You’ll enjoy wonderful meals and be blessed by the beauty of a mountain retreat.

Marriage Mentoring
Marriage Mentors are just ordinary, committed couples who are excited about marriage and want to help you experience all that marriage can be.
Our Marriage Mentoring focuses on three tracks:
The Prepare Track is mentoring for engaged or newlywed couples who want to build a solid foundation for their marriage.
The Maximize Track is mentoring for couples who have a stable, good marriage but would like to enrich their relationship.
The Repair Track is for couples who are experiencing distress in their relationship whether from an unexpected event or an ongoing situation.If you would like to meet with a mentor couple, you may contact Sue or Dave Ransome for more information at sardkr@juno.com or Jenny at 353-1159.
