God is inviting us to take a bold step of faith, to re-orient our hearts and the posture of our church toward our community and world, so that even more lives may be transformed by His love for generations to come.
The For the City and Beyond vision is a call to activate every person in our church to be for the spiritually lost and broken in our community and world, expressing the gospel in strategic and meaningful ways.

But that transition is hard—new culture, new language. Imagine the impact our church could have as we love and resource this segment of our population.
desperately needed. For the past 10 years, we as a church have strategically invested in global initiatives and partnerships through Project Beyond and Gospel Unleashed, seeing a huge impact for the kingdom.
Because of this huge spiritual need and because of the limitations of our current facility, God is calling us to multiply the advancement of the gospel by building a permanent campus on the west property that was donated to us. By having two vibrant campuses—one at West 10th Street and one at 15th Street—we more than double our capacity to make disciples, and significantly increase our ability to impact west Greeley and the region for Jesus.
community filled with scores of purposefully designed spaces for people to come, engage and grow.
This will include a Zoe’s café west, where people can connect and build
relationships in a warm, relevant, engaging environment. All of this would
be designed for use throughout the week, so parents could enjoy a quiet
cup of coffee while their children play in the adjacent, indoor play area.
Our focus is on the lives and the stories of the people we will reach. That’s why we want to create spaces, with room to play soccer or gather for an outdoor concert, along with bike paths and areas for conversation. Imagine the blessing this could be to our community, creating an inviting gateway into our city.
HOW CAN YOU BE A VITAL PART?
Step 1: Pray
This is the most important step in preparing your heart to respond to God’s call to action. Ask Him what He would have you give so that others can know the hope of salvation in Christ. Join us in regularly praying for this vision.
Step 2: Give
What level of generosity would truly stretch you and cause you to trust God more deeply? Over a three-year period, each of us can give more than we may think possible.
Step 3: Be Involved
How ca you, your family and/or your eGroup be part of this vision? Ask God to show you ways to connect to the lost, broken and hurting in our community.
MY GIVING POTENTIAL
Over a three-year period, each of us can give more than we may think possible. As we are willing to go above our regular giving, together we will reach the For the City and Beyond goal. See how your faithful gift can multiply.

Do we really need to build?
The capacity at our 15th Street campus has been reached in terms of parking,
children’s space and optimal service times. Adding services still wouldn’t give us presence in the fastest growing area of our community. We believe that to develop the land we received as a gift is good stewardship. Waiting 7-10 years to build will cost us more in the long term and will significantly hinder us from pursuing the vision to which we believe we are called as a church.
What is the total cost?
Our goal for this three-year campaign is to raise $7 million, which is approximately half the cost of the entire vision. The balance of the building costs will be responsibly financed within our normal operating budget.
What happens to the 15th Street campus?
Our vision is to have two thriving campuses, each focusing on a different area of our city. With its proximity to UNC, downtown Greeley, as well as rural areas east of Greeley, our 15th Street campus can continue to have a growing ministry. Some of our staff will maintain offices there. Our plan is for the teaching to be 50% live/50% video at both campuses.
I invite you to imagine with me the impact we could have in our own city, region and world as we bring the love of Jesus to those who need Him. Think of the thousands of broken lives transformed, the marriages restored, the children adopted, the refugees finding faith, the disciples developed, the cycles of poverty broken, the girls rescued from sex trafficking, the churches planted… the possibilities are enormous. This is the For the City and Beyond vision. And to think we get to be a part of it!
The vision will involve people resources, as well as financial resources. How cool would it be to have hundreds of eGroups throughout our city, focysing their hearts toward families, children or refugees, building relationshis and coming alongside those in need?
How cool would it be to see an outpouring of outrageous generosity toward this vision, as we get to invest in something that is so near to God’s heart?
I’m excited to invite you to this next chapter of the Christ Community Church story. We have always been a church that says ‘yes’ when God leads us to take steps of faith for great impact. And we are at another defining moment, where the lives of thousands of people are at stake in our city, our region and our world.
Are you willing to step out in faith and generosity in order for future generations to be impacted for Jesus? Everything in our church’s history has led us to this moment in time. I don’t want to miss it. Myself, my family… we’re all in.
And I don’t wnat you and your family to miss this, either.
Join me in taking the love of Christ to our city and beyond.

2. Gift given over 36 months
3. Gift of non-cash assets
(stocks, bonds, personal property, real estate, etc.)
Rather than visit the movie theater twice a month, wait to rent the DVD or stream the movie at home. An average of $30 per visit will net $2,160
Have you been blessed with a stock or a piece of property that has appreciated in value? Or do you have some inherited stocks, bonds or real estate? Turn these “paper” assets into a powerful kingdom investment.
Food for Thought
Use those coupons! Saving $25 per week on food purchases for three years would yield $3,900!
A Caffeinated Idea
Have a coffee shop habit? One $4 coffee per day for three years euals around $4,400.
Pay it Forward
Have a bill payment that is soon ending? Continue to “pay the bill” by redirecting the money to the For the City and Beyond campaign. Example: A $200 car payment can yield $7,200 over three years.
Commit to giving your income tax refund check during the campaign.
Drink water at restaurants instead of purchasing a beverage. At $6 per week, this becomes almost $1,000 over three years.
Cash for Clutter
Have a garage sale or, sell a long-neglected item of personal property, such as an old car, heirloom jewelry, a collectible or furniture. It’s a simple way to turn dust and rust into resources for ministry.
Eliminate a premium movie or TV service or downgrade your cable package in order to save up to $1,000 that could be committed to ministry.
Replace one family meal each week with a commitment to pray and fast. At $20 per week, over three years this savings will increase your faith and net more than $3,000 as a family.
