God is inviting us to take a bold step of faith, to re-orient our hearts and the posture of our church toward our community and world, so that even more lives may be transformed by His love for generations to come.

THE VISION

The For the City and Beyond vision is a call to activate every person in our church to be for the spiritually lost and broken in our community and world, expressing the gospel in strategic and meaningful ways.

HOW CAN YOU BE A VITAL PART?

Step 1: Pray
This is the most important step in preparing your heart to respond to God’s call to action. Ask Him what He would have you give so that others can know the hope of salvation in Christ. Join us in regularly praying for this vision.

Step 2: Give
What level of generosity would truly stretch you and cause you to trust God more deeply? Over a three-year period, each of us can give more than we may think possible.

Step 3: Be Involved
How ca you, your family and/or your eGroup be part of this vision? Ask God to show you ways to connect to the lost, broken and hurting in our community.

MY GIVING POTENTIAL

Over a three-year period, each of us can give more than we may think possible. As we are willing to go above our regular giving, together we will reach the For the City and Beyond goal. See how your faithful gift can multiply.

Do we really need to build?

The capacity at our 15th Street campus has been reached in terms of parking,
children’s space and optimal service times. Adding services still wouldn’t give us presence in the fastest growing area of our community. We believe that to develop the land we received as a gift is good stewardship. Waiting 7-10 years to build will cost us more in the long term and will significantly hinder us from pursuing the vision to which we believe we are called as a church.

What is the total cost?

Our goal for this three-year campaign is to raise $7 million, which is approximately half the cost of the entire vision. The balance of the building costs will be responsibly financed within our normal operating budget.

What happens to the 15th Street campus?

Our vision is to have two thriving campuses, each focusing on a different area of our city. With its proximity to UNC, downtown Greeley, as well as rural areas east of Greeley, our 15th Street campus can continue to have a growing ministry. Some of our staff will maintain offices there. Our plan is for the teaching to be 50% live/50% video at both campuses.
