Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains (LFSRM) will be leading us in discussion and teachings on the immigrant and refugee crisis through the lens of children, and the very tangible need in Greeley for foster parents to support these children. A focus of the Fort Collins office is recruiting foster families for unaccompanied refugee minors, often teenagers from Central and South America. Unaccompanied refugee minors are youth who have been resettled into the U.S. without a parent or relative to care for them. We invite you to join us at Zoe’s to consider God’s heart for immigrant and refugee children as we learn about inviting these children into our homes and families, as well as the process of becoming a foster parent! LFSRM will provide the teaching and conversation, would you provide a curious heart, ready to consider the different ways God might be inviting you into Kingdom work?
