DESCRIPTION:Be Inspired! is a transformative 12-week anger-management journey led by licensed Christian counselor David Estreich. If you’re ready to face your anger with honesty\, courage\, and hope\, this group offers practical tools\, spiritual grounding\, and a supportive community to help you respond to life’s pressure points in healthier\, more life-giving ways. Anger often grows from frustration\, resentment\, shame\, or unmet needs—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together\, we’ll build resilience\, restore emotional balance\, and pursue meaningful change through accountability\, clarity\, and Christ-centered connection. Be Inspired! meets every Wednesday\, February 4th–April 29th\, from 6–7:30 pm in the Oak Room at Christ Community. \nSpace is limited.
