Make a lasting difference in the life of a student by serving as a mentor (ages 18+) at Maplewood Elementary through Kids Hope USA. Just one hour a week during the school year can help a child feel seen, encouraged, and supported. Mentors spend time building relationships, boosting confidence, supporting academic growth, and sharing simple activities like reading, games, and crafts. We’ll provide the training, resources, and support—you simply bring a caring heart and a consistent presence. Stop by the lobby before or after services the weekends of September 12th & 13th and 19th and 20th to connect with a Kids Hope representative and learn more.
