We are seeking a High School Pastor who is passionate about helping students grow in an authentic faith in Jesus through meaningful relationships and a strong sense of community. This role is for a deeply relational, emotionally healthy leader who prioritizes connection over programs and is committed to ensuring every student feels seen, known, and valued.

The High School Pastor will lead a healthy, Christ-centered ministry by teaching Scripture in relevant ways, developing volunteer leaders, and creating environments where students can grow, ask honest questions, and step into leadership—all while actively engaging students beyond weekly gatherings.
