Bruce has been pastoring at Christ Community in a variety of roles since 2004 after serving four churches in Illinois and Massachusetts as an associate, executive, and senior pastor. He currently oversees our pastoral care ministries/team, as well as serving as our staff team leader. Bruce is passionate about the local church being the safest and healthiest place on earth for people to experience Christ and grow in their relationships with Him, especially during life’s challenging seasons. Bruce and his wife, Patty, enjoy spending time with their two adult children, Adam (Christ Community’s Pastor of Students) and Emma, and two grandsons, Nolan and Peter. When he’s not at Christ Community, Bruce loves reading John Grisham novels, swimming, taking drives in the mountains with Patty, and vacationing near the ocean in Maine or Connecticut.
