Never Walk Alone is a comprehensive relapse prevention/recovery group. All who are walking the journey of sobriety know it requires self-control and discipline to confront and navigate difficulties. There are many challenges and obstacles that may derail our forward momentum. The obstacles can appear out of nowhere in the form of triggers, temptations, anger, shame, guilt, and so much more. This group provides community and connection and a wide variety of tools that you can add to your toolbox. In this group we will renew our sense of purpose and purposefulness and work together toward our recovery goals, never walking alone. This is a 12-week group and space is limited, so a reservation is required. Licensed Professional Counselor, David Estreich will lead the group through practical exercises and support each week.
