Now is the perfect time to join a group where you can be real and find belonging. Groups are one of the best ways to nurture relationships within the church family, and we know that finding the right group can be challenging. Since one size doesn’t fit all, we offer a variety of group types to suit your needs.

For those who enjoy unpacking Bible/topical studies or discussing the weekly sermons.

DivorceCare for Men
DivorceCare is a caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Don’t go through separation or divorce alone. $25 fee for materials (scholarships available).
Hebrews Precepts Bible Study (Leader: Amy Sands)
In these last days, God has spoken to us through His Son. What about Jesus, angels, and our great salvation? Learn about Jesus’ superiority to all in this exciting study of Hebrews 1—4 that enlightens and enlivens Old Testament law and prophecy. January 6th will be an introduction to inductive Bible study which will prepare you for our first lesson on January 13th. We meet every other Monday after that. Men’s Group (Leader: John Barber)
We are a group of men from various backgrounds and in various life seasons who are committed to being intentional about our spiritual development. Text communication is best.
Prayer Group
We are a coed group of various ages who long for God’s Kingdom to come to Greeley as it is in heaven. We gather weekly to listen to God and pray into what He is doing in our city and to encourage one another as we engage with the parts and people of Greeley that He has laid on our hearts. Childcare not provided.
Softball Teams (Leader: Kevin Thompson)
This group is for softball enthusiasts (both men and women) who enjoy getting some exercise, building friendships, and sharing the love of Jesus with others on the softball field. We play on Monday or Wednesday evenings during the summer and fall in the City of Greeley leagues. There is a registration fee which includes a team shirt (scholarships available.) Childcare not provided.
Widow’s Group (Leader: Laura Moffatt)
We meet two times per month–once for lunch and once for coffee. Guest speakers and entertainment are regular parts of our times together. Transportation assistance if needed may be possible–contact Laura Moffatt for more info. This group is for widows of all ages. Childcare not provided. The weeks we have lunch together, we meet from 12 noon-2 pm at Christ Community. The weeks we have coffee together, we meet from 10 am-12 noon at Christ Community.
Women’s Group (Leader: Lori Preshaw)
We are a group of women who enjoy laughing, praying, and studying together. We typically dive into studies of the Books of the Bible, but we are open to going where the Spirit leads us. This group is for single and married women of all ages. Childcare not provided.
Working Women/Busy Moms Small Group
We are a group for working/busy women who desire to connect with other women whose schedules don’t align with traditional women’s group times. We long to build friendships while growing together in our faith walks! We meet every second and fourth Monday from 6:30-7:30 am at Christ Community. Women of any age are welcome, and childcare is not provided.
